I had a great experience at McDonald’s! The staff was friendly and welcoming, my order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and correct. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the service was fast even though they were busy. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!
This McDonald's that is in Des Moines (or one of its suburbs) is mediocre. It took a bit to get the staff to notice you, but once they did they were friendly. The fries were not crispy, but the rest of our food was fine. They did get our order correct and they even remembered the extra ketchup and pickles. The eating area was fairly clean, though the tables were clearly not wiped down and they were out of napkins. The restrooms were not dirty, but also not clean.
