Maybe this is why I rarely go to McDonald’s. I stopped by for dinner, and the customer service was very disappointing. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order while several employees saw me but continued serving the drive-thru without acknowledging me. When someone finally helped, the attitude was rude and felt like they were looking for an argument instead of helping a customer. Food was average but wait was super super long and it was 10:30 pm at night .
The lady on the phone and the lady hanging me my food were sooo nice! I had placed an order for a 6 peice nugget and a medium fry. I called because i had been sitting in spot 2 for around 20 minutes waiting for my food. The apologized profusely and had my food out right away. simple mistake i could not hold that against them by any means!
