Poor customer service especially in this COVID environment was pathetic! For years I’ve gone to the Pizza Hut on Ashworth in WDM-great service and abt $11.00 got take out of 1 taco pizza. This Merle Hay Pizza Hut charged me $23.05 and I gave the delivery lady a tip. No taco sauce packets and no Dorito’s. We were only delivered part of our order and called the store to report it. The manager said they would make the missing pizza and deliver it. After over an hour and still no pizza, I called again only to be rolled to the phone service. The gentleman on the phone told me that the pizza was delivered and was refused at the door as per the delivery driver.
