“Our waitress was great; cheerful, consistent, but not overbearing. I chose the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and it was delicious. Our salad bowl was full of fresh vegetables and the breadsticks were soft and warm. The Mod stopped by our table to check on everything, that's always a nice touch!“

“I’m a new pescatarian but ive been a vegetarian for a really long time. It’s hard finding Chinese food that has all the great flavors but shrimp but wow does me eggroll deliver. Service was so nice, wait was quick. The food was amazing. Seriously can’t recommend enough ! :D“

“Fiss is exactly what every hometown needs. It's a fantastic spot with great food, delicious ice cream, and genuinely good people running the place. I could go on and on about how great this place is!
My personal favorite item on the menu is the Wisconsin Cheese Soup—it is absolutely delicious and a must-try. They also have great subs, tacos, and wonderful ice cream treats.
The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Stop by, support this excellent local business.“

“One of my wife's favorite places. She has Alpha-gal, and I am probably spelling that wrong. (It's that tick bite disease that radically messes up your diet.) She once owned a restaurant herself. She is impressed with Olive Gardens' attention to detail with the freshness and temperature (cold) of the salad.“

“First time here and was amazed with the food and service, the manager Doug gave me a sample of a couple of the energy refreshers cause i could t make up my mind. I ended up going with his choice and it was delicious! Had the cheesesteak sandwich and it was great! Doug came over to see how it was and i told him and he was talking to me about the menu and made me want to come back for some other choices! Then even offered me a free dessert! This is the first time i ever gave a restaurant a five star rating this place was great, clean and fast will definitely be back! Thanks for great service Doug! Man deserves a pay raise he knows how to keep customers returning!“

“Even though this place is always busy, it’s still a Nice place to go have lunch. Easy to order ahead on your phone before you get there, and wait at a table till they call your name. Mexican Street Corn Chowder is absolutely amazing ! Definitely order every time.“

“We live in Ankeny, but very often drive to the Johnston Panera to enjoy our weekly coffee/pastry date. This location is obviously managed well. It is always clean and the pastries are not over baked. The coffee bar is also always clean as is the microwave. Coffee is always fresh and if it isn't they immediately bring out a fresh pot. Also this location seems to be well staffed! Our compliments to the management and staff of this Johnston location! Well done!“
