“I ordered Panera today for my lunch and had a very frustrating experience with door dash who was delivering it. The people at Panera were on time with my order, however the delivery driver for DoorDash was not- it was expected to be delivered over an hour passed when I needed it. As an educator, I hardly get much of a lunch anyways so when I contacted Panera, I spoke to a woman named Michelle and she was so helpful and redid my order free of charge. Even added in extra bakery items and a free drink. This is what good practice is. Thank you so much Michelle for your diligence and thank your kind team as well!“
“Such a cute deli. It has some historical features and feel when you sit down at one of the booths. This is a great lunch place. The go-to is the cheese supreme with a side of Miss Vicky’s chips & their DELICIOUS chocolate-peanut butter brownie. Pretty fast service, good food & a great lunch staple in DSM.“
“Today was my first time here and I certainly will be coming back. The ladies behind the counter were super friendly and the sandwich I had was just incredible. I had the Corned Beef on Rye and it was the best corned beef I’ve had. The bread was super soft and absolutely scrumptious. After one stop I’ve already decided this is my favorite sandwich place in the metro.“
“Love music bingo night (free to play and cash prizes for each round), and the waitress we normally have. It’s nothing fancy, but everyone is friendly and their apps and sandwiches are really tasty. Haven’t had one we don’t like. My husband and I both like their pasta salad, really creamy.“
“I've only Doordashed, but food is good. The other person talking about the food making a mess was wrong. Either they've fixed the issue, or it was a dasher issue. My food came in a large thick paper bag with cardboard bottom & food in separate closed containers. Food like Orange Chicken comes with rice, so you don't need to order a side of rice“
“Flavor- delicious Prices- affordable Efficient- They are a take out only establishment Packaging- They line the styrofoam containers with foil so that the hot food doesn't melt the styrofoam. EVERY restaurant that uses styrofoam should do this so we aren't eating cancerous chemicals. This is my favorite new restaurant!“

It would have been nice if they have have actually taken a little more time lolDietary restrictions: Obviously it's an American Italian restaurant so cheese is a big part. Someone who is allergic to dairy has little options but the soup I had was really good! And our server went ou too his way to make sure no cheese touched my salad.“
