“I’ve been in town for a little over and month and have been to this Starbucks every morning. To say I have never felt more welcomed is an understatement. Beyond the coffee, the service at this Starbucks is remarkable and the employees are to simply put, amazing. From remembering my name and saying good morning everyday, to having my order to a T. Slow or busy their demeanor never changes to the point I would LOVE to have them as employees of my own. I hope this location keeps up the great work because I looked forward to my morning coffee and seeing them every single day“

“I'm in there every work day and have been since the late 1940's it feels like. Every single day I receive amazing service. They know you by name, and treat you amazingly well. I cannot say enough about Rhi, Maren, Sam, and the rest. It's the best way to start my day: caffeine and customer service.“

“I've always loved this location and am so happy they take the app now. I wanted to give a shout out to the team working the late morning (11am hour) of 9/7. There was a deal going on, so they had a LOT of orders coming in. I didn't notice til after my order that something had rung up wrong, but the team took the time to make it right and were so kind through the process. Drinks tasted great too! The only thing to note about this location for visitors - the bathroom is in the Fast and Fresh rather than the Starbucks. It's mildly inconvenient but not a big deal, and I'd still recommend the spot for the wonderful team and spacious seating.“

While enjoying my latte, I started choking, and a quick-thinking barista went to action, performing the Heimlich maneuver and saving my life. The coffee is always great, but the heroic service and genuine care from the staff here make it truly outstanding. “Pro-tip so you don’t waste time like I did: This Starbucks is in Hy-Vee, but cannot be accessed from Hy-Vee. If you come in through Hy-Vee and walk all the way across the store to where Starbucks is, you’ll find it’s blocked off with no access and you’ll have to come back around and go all the way back through the parking lot, walk outside, and around the corner again. A massive waste of time when I didn’t have much time to begin with. You can only access Starbucks from the outside at 5th and Court. I reported this to Google Maps so they could change the pin as well.“

“The price & accuracy of my order seems to depend on the person taking the order. Within 2 months the same order has risen from $6.90 to $8.08. I'm going to start going to a different location to see if the price varies there like other franchises.

“We have always had great service at this location nothing beats grabbing a coffee and doing some shopping at Target :-) The other day I was in need of my caffeine fix bad so I ordered the largest size cold brew coffee I could get But I grabbed it on my way out... Got to the car set my drink on my dashboard and when I shut the car door my entire drink fell on My lap and on the floor of my car :-( I went back in to get another coffee and the barista working, Nya, (so sorry I should have asked how to spell your name) was so sweet after I told her why I was back in so quickly, covered in coffee, she replaced my coffee for me free of charge. Starbucks coffee is a guilty pleasure of mine and one of the things I do to treat myself every so often. We know the coffee isn't cheap but dang is it worth it. Her act of kindness really went a long way for me that day. And she was nothing but sweet, quick and efficient when I was ordering the first time.The only thing that I do not like about Starbucks being inside of another business, is that they cannot accept tips, at least at Target...that needs to change. I love to tip for great service and we all know they aren't making neat what they deserve.“

“Went there with some of my grandchildren. They just love to go inside and talk to the employee and order their own drinks. This day one of my grandchildren spilt her dragon fruit drink and the nice gentleman made her a new one at no charge. The smile on her face was so amazing. Great customer service.“

“Ignore any negetive comments about this place , THEY ALL KNOW HOW TO MAKE DARN GOOD COFFEE! believe me I've been to A TON of starbucks , yes the line gets long because nurses and docs need thier coffee but the staff IS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY and they have the best cold foam , believe me when I say these drinks can be messed up because every where else I go they don't seem to understand how to do it.. anyway GOOD JOB MERCY STARBUCKS TEAM???“
