“Food was good as one would expect from a Subway. First Subway that i have seen with a drive thru. We had placed an order through an app and pulled into the drive thru lane to do pickup. However, we sat in the drive thru lane at the order area for a minute or two and were not acknowledged, so ended up parking and walking inside to get our sandwhiches. Staff inside acknowledged me right away, and had our meal prepared on time.“
“Got there about 20 minutes past eight with 2 customers ahead of me and only 1 employee. As another customer came in, he asked us what our sandwiches were as he was out of a good number of ingredients. A good 20 minutes later it was my turn. He was out of teriyaki sauce for the one sandwich and just enough steak for a 6" steak sandwich. The employee provided
great service, he was rattled or anything even as several more customers showed up before I left. So great service but poor management decision to have just one employee that night and then run your food out so they have a limited selection to serve.“

The sandwich maker/“manager” was smoking upon arrival.. we ordered 4 foot- longs, all of which are wrong.. not toasted, missing condiments.. asked for managers info, “Bill” said he was the manager.. I then proceeded to ask for his last name, with a rude response, “Google it,” per Bill, “the manager.”Every sandwich is wrong, called and asked for further help, “Bill” hung up on us..Do better, Subway.. They were kind and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Doing things such as asking in detail how my day was and pointing out certain promo items on the menu to help save me a buck or so.“
“I'm giving 5 stars only because Matt Bivans is the best Subway sandwich maker I've ever encountered. The drive thru was closed without a sign to let customers know, if it weren't for Matt trying so hard behind the counter, I would have given this place 1 star. Management even had it set up so I couldn't give Matt a tip, so these 5 stars are for Matt alone.“
“Was just taken care of by the manager at subway inside of the walmart on E 14th street, and she was awesone! I was feeling exceptionally indecisive today as i don't eat breakfast at subway often and she was extremely patient with me and even threw out some suggestions, it was a pleasure to be served by her!“
“The 2 kids working the day I stopped in were GREAT ! They were VERY ATTENTIVE to their CUSTOMERS, they WORKED QUICK & EFFICIENTLY. If you ASKED for extra HEAVY on a TOPPING THEY LISTENED & did GREAT on THEIR JOBS !
A lot of times when you do so in to fast food place where you have to go inside to order you choices - too often you run into younger workers who don't want to be there in the first place & it shows in their ATTITUDE & their work !!!
These kids this day (Wednesday, May 22nd, around 5pm/at the Subway on SE 14th & Estrous) they made my day ! They were so friendly & their work ethic was great & it made for my birthday to turn out GREAT !!!
It was a young male (I don't know what the politically correct word is to use & DON'T WANT TO OFFEND ANYONE) so I'll just say that he had dark skin & the girl was caucasian.
I wish I'd have gotten their names bcuz I love for them to get recognition for their GREAT WORK ETHICS & THEIR GREAT SERVICE, & A WONDERFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS ALL CUSTOMERS !

“Very kind and generous we came in asking if they could remake an order that we had ordered from another location (because the other location accepted an order while closed) normally they couldn't do that due to it being different owners but kindly said that they could make our order for half of what we already paid instead of having to pay for an entire order again.“
“When I first entered Subway there were already 4 people in line. The guy that was making the sandwiches went into the back room leaving the lady to not only finish serving the ones that had already ordered, but the ones that came in. She yelled at him to come back and help her. After about 15 minutes she had to go back there and tell him to get out there. I was in there 42 minutes from when I entered until I was walking out. Then when I got home one sandwich was completing wrong. First experience wasn't good.“
