Very kind staff! There was one girl working with lots of people in line and she was so kind, talkative, and very quick! I got chocolate soft serve with sprinkles. Gotta say best sprinkles I’ve had. Super crunch and THICK creamy soft serve! My friends got hard scoop flavors and a comet (kinda like a blizzard) would recommend. They were out of quite a few flavors of hard scoop but that dident take away from a good experience! I’m not from Des Moines and just visiting...read full review

The Creamery in East Village offers great ice cream with a creamy soft-serve and customizable flavors like piña colada. The hard-packed ice cream is also tasty, and the Puppy Chow flavor is highly recommended. The staff provides fantastic customer service, welcoming guests warmly and being very helpful. Although parking can be a challenge and seating is limited, it’s a convenient spot for a quick ice cream to go. Overall, a good place worth visiting for delicious ice cream and friendly service.
