so we live in Hazel Green, but I grew up in Asbury. So I tend 2 frequent Asbury establishments when we can. Went 40 minutes one way in to the Asbury location about 2 weeks ago. I had our son go in and thru the drive thru. Our order was a humongous cluster #uck. Numerous mistakes to each of our 3 orders. I made a complaint. I was then sent a message from Melynne...one of the managers. She acknowledged every single mistake. Blamed it on all the new employees they've had over...read full review
$3 pint night! they no longer carry Heath crunch! and the lemon crunch I got tasted like it was freezer burnt
Waited 20 minutes for curbside pick up. Order was completely messed up and food was cold.
