“The food and prices were good, and the service was friendly. There isn't space for an out of town couple (definitely not a family) to really feel comfortable. Seating is limited. Noonan's is a tight space with a tight knit group of patrons singing along with the jukebox. I could see this as a fun stop on a night in downtown Dubuque if you're interested in being really really close with local frequenters.“
“Popped in off the Heritage Trail (biking) for a late lunch. Staff is always accommodating and kind ? Food... Ummm yes please! Sandwiches are large and amazing. We love making the trip on our bicycles and get a good meal in between. Thank you guys!“
“A new and ever changing menu plus old faithful items like the Carmichael make The Dog a great place to grab something to eat, and a drink. You can play pool, darts or catch a game on one of their 16 TV's, great sound system and jute box. The bartenders are friendly and attentive whether you are a regular or somebody new stopping in. If you haven't stopped in to The Dog in the past few months you will be pleasantly surprised at their expansion and rehab.“
