One of the most underrated bars in Dubuque. They serve food late and the chef (kixs) has some great skills. Seats are comfortable and the air smells fresh. They also put seats outside for the smokers enjoyment. I met the owners and they have the nicest attitude unlike most stuckup bar owners in this town. 10 Stars if I could.
Great food and even greater price. We had a blast visiting with the regulars and the drinks were perfect. We highly recommend this hidden gem. I took my girl friend Julie R. and she was very impressed with the service and made to feel like the most important person in the place. Thanks ?

The food and prices were good, and the service was friendly. There isn't space for an out of town couple (definitely not a family) to really feel comfortable. Seating is limited. Noonan's is a tight space with a tight knit group of patrons singing along with the jukebox. I could see this as a fun stop on a night in downtown Dubuque if you're interested in being really really close with local frequenters.
