Great Dragon offers some of the best and reasonably priced Chinese food in Dubuque. The General Tso's dish, although spicier than usual, was flavorful with no dry or overcooked elements. The delivery was faster than expected, making it worth the money spent. While there were some issues with the cold rangoons and overcooked pork wontons, the cashew chicken was a pleasant surprise with tender chicken slices and a flavorful sauce. The chicken fried rice was also noted to be very flavorful compared to previous experiences.
