love the iced coffee but I think Dubuque needs one in key West or on cedar cross road so I can go everyday on my way to work
Quality has been down the last couple of weeks. We've come often with our children so seeing the donuts look like this time after time, and two without any frosting is disappointing. Its name has donuts in it, so I expect decent donuts, maybe even in a donut box rather than a bag?
Went through drive through, food was great, drinks were great, service was really fast and accurate, staff was friendly.

Dunkin' is a popular coffee shop chain that captures the hearts of many customers, even outshining competitors like Starbucks. However, some issues persist, such as inconsistent pricing and overcharging for items like Pup-Cups, which can be a major turnoff. While some locations may have limited menus due to construction, the staff are typically friendly and accommodating. Recently, some customers have faced disappointing experiences, such as being told there were no donuts available after waiting in line or during drive-thru orders. The drive-thru can also be slow when busy, which is often expected, but some encounters have highlighted poor handling of orders, like a dropped bag that caused frustration. Inside, the layout can feel chaotic, with customers struggling to navigate around racks of donuts and staff who seem preoccupied with other tasks, leading to confusion about available items. Despite these challenges, many still enjoy their coffee and appreciate the brand.
