Aw heckin stranger i couldnt agree with you more! You could immediately tell from the moment he took ahold of those spatulas that he was destined for culinary arts but even the mighty cant save the menu he has to work with. 3 stars for trying though bud.
I'm not sure, but I'm guessing this is probably the only mall in the Tri-sate area. I came here on a Saturday afternoon (6pm-ish). To my surprise this mall was super dead for that time and day. It's like nobody lives in this town. Any who, the less people, the faster the shopping experience is. If you are looking for amazing chicken teriyaki in Dubuque... this is the only place you should go. Just like Seattle culture.. Simple yet delicious and unbelievably priced. Only place I eat at the Kennedy Mall. The owner is awesome too. Thank you.
