“Did not like that I had to wait several minutes (at least 10) for a person to come to the counter to take my order. I had a small order & I wanted to pay cash. I believe that apps & electronic kiosks have ruined the concept of "customer service" in this day & age.“
“I mean it's a McDonald's, there's. Not much to say. Food is... Food.
I will say, since the nice group that took it over a few years ago they've almost always gotten my order right. Before the took over my orders were wrong probably 2 out of 3 times.“
“Fast service was able to walk here after the Twilight Cruise from the Mississippi River. One issue there's train tracks between here and the river. I went to get breakfast here and a oil train over a mile long was stopped on the tracks couldn't get through. Asked local and they said the train could be there for hours. Didn't want to hop over a stopped train risk getting injured or it starting up and getting stuck on the wrong side of the tracks. So be aware if coming from that direction.“
“Hands down the best McDonald’s experience ever, and we’ve been to McDonald’s a million times. The lady manager with shorter hair was the sweetest McDonald’s employee we’ve ever encountered. She handled the rush with ease and made sure everyone was taken care of, taking orders and running food. The kitchen made the food so fast despite the rush. We have never been to this McDonald’s before but we will make the 20 min drive again, just to have this experience again.“
