“Hands down the best McDonald’s experience ever, and we’ve been to McDonald’s a million times. The lady manager with shorter hair was the sweetest McDonald’s employee we’ve ever encountered. She handled the rush with ease and made sure everyone was taken care of, taking orders and running food. The kitchen made the food so fast despite the rush. We have never been to this McDonald’s before but we will make the 20 min drive again, just to have this experience again.“
“This was a great experience. I was the last customer fully expecting poor service due to the time but they treated me with respect and gave me the extra chicken nuggets they had leftover and I really appreciate the gesture. Life long customer baby I love McDonald’s!!!!“
“Did not like that I had to wait several minutes (at least 10) for a person to come to the counter to take my order. I had a small order & I wanted to pay cash. I believe that apps & electronic kiosks have ruined the concept of "customer service" in this day & age.“
“The staff can be very rude and unreasonable and don't like to answer with much of anything besides short snippy answers with attitudes otherwise it's fast service and clean
