“We eat at Melody’s at least once a week. This is the only place we have found where we feel like we are eating at home with family. Portion size is very large, the food is homemade and excellent quality, the atmosphere is more a family than it is a restaurant. All the staff are family and they do not treat their customers any different. There is a large party room in the back for large groups. The specials are delicious. I should also mention there specials are a four course meal! Prices are more than reasonable. I have had a burger, tenderloin, chicken Philly, onion rings, fries, hot beef sandwiches (almost everything on the menu) and none of it has ever disappointed us. It is not unusual for them to ask if you got plenty of food to eat before you leave. They also offering catering options. This place is a gem. It is on a paved road in the town of Eddyville with ample parking, and excellent parking for motorcycles.“

“15 minutes before they had to turn off the grill and they still msde our order. A small chicken salad ? chicken strips and a Philly Steak. Everything was done in 13 minutes and they gave me a time of 15 minutes. So it was even done early, very friendly, clean and I have to say the food is amazing. Will be back again and the portion size and quality was five star ⭐ service. Thank you guys“
