We stop here quite frequently traveling to DSM. They have a fantastic sub sandwich styler who puts together your sandwiches very neatly. He speaks clearly and loud enough so you can understand him the first time he asks how you want your sub made. It was alright. I had a rotisserie chicken sub. They did not offer to heat the meat and just assumed I wanted it toasted without asking. I had to stop them from toasting and looked surprised when I did. The sub was good, so no issues there. Service could have been friendlier.

I ordered a meatball sub for lunch. The meatballs were dry with very little, if any, marinara sauce on them. Most of the Subway restaurants I have ordered a meatball sub at have lots of marinara sauce. It was rather disappointing. This Subway had also ran out of salami. I do not care for how subway asks for a tip up front. The service was good and friendly.
