“We went thru the drive thru and I said to my husband, that sounds like the sweet lady from Evansdale and sure it was! She always makes my day, she is always polite. We made sure to Thank her for her great service as always! Cheryl is one of the sweetest hard working individuals. She helped us tonight in the Waterloo store since Evandsale is getting remodeled. Let that lady be the corporate trainer she has the best personality and makes you feel like royalty when she waits on you. Thanks Cheryl you are the Best!“

“So went to McDonald’s in Evansdale just a little bit ago and the girl which was a manager had a complete attitude after I paid and went up to the presenting window I realized this poor girl was taking orders for both drive thrus and taking money and bagging the orders. I asked her if she was doing everything alone and she said yes and immediately apologized for sounding rude, I told her I could understand why this poor girl you can tell was having a horrible night she had tears in her eyes like she was about to break down I told her I hope her night gets better. So to this manager I don’t know how new of a manager you are but I can tell you what you were doing tonight was amazing work it’s not fun having to do it all. I hope whoever is your GM knows how great of a worker you are.“

“My husband and I drive from cedar falls just to go to this Burger King because all of the other Burger Kings are dirty and this is the cleanest I have ever seen a Burger King. The new general manager that they brought in is doing an awesome job.“

“Was greeted right away. I love the winter/Christmas decorations up. My order taker did not read my order back, and my fries were supposed to be without salt, but the order was not put in that way, so they were salted.
Had my food hot and fresh within 3 minutes of placing my order.
Restaurant seemed mostly clean. However, the pile of boxes and extra junk in the corner behind one of the booths was rather unprofessional. Was given a nice farewell by a team member as I left.
From this one 5-minute experience, I would say overall good, but not fantastic.

Parking: Parking lot rather cramped. Especially with the drive through running along one side. Would not come during rush hour.“

“My Server when I walked into the door was Amazing! he was helpful, Attentive, Respectful, Responsible! I entirely enjoyed my experience. My food was Amazing. The same server who took my money brought me my foiled and asked me if there was Anything else he could do or get me. It was a Pure pleasure to eat lunch here today! “I recently visited Arby's and tried their half pound roast beef sandwich. The sandwich was absolutely delicious – the roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the portion size was very generous. The sesame seed bun was soft and fresh, and the horseradish sauce added a nice kick to the overall flavor. The service was quick and the staff was friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 is because the fries were a bit on the greasy side. Overall, I highly recommend trying the half pound roast beef sandwich at Arby's – it's definitely worth the visit!“

“I stopped in on New Years Eve to kill two birds with one stone, a bottle of champagne for later and dinner on my way home. Champagne ✓. A few nice upscale choices. What knocked my socks off was the cheeseburger and fries. Good ingredients cooked up by a real short-order cook who knew his trade. This is no fast food joint that we've allowed ourselves to become accustomed to. I haven't had fries that good in years. The proprietor was as helpful as could be too.“

“I was seriously shocked by the excellent customer service we received at this Panda Express. I’m talking Chick-fil-A-level customer service! Every time you walk in, you’re greeted immediately, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Plus, the food is great! This location really stands out, and I’ll definitely be back.“

“The ladies on shift tonight (11-24 into 11-25) are amazing. Everyone makes mistakes we are human. It was fixed and This is now my preferred Taco Bell. They made a rough night that was filled with tears into a bearable one. They made me smile and are amazing. There are good people out there still“

It was cooked through, pepperoni was crispy but not too crispy, cheese was melty, everything was absolutely perfect on both pizzas.Second, the breadsticks. Amazing. “I decided to try the self-ordering system inside tonight (they have 3), even though the nice gentleman was ready and willing to take my order in person too.The service was pleasant and quick. The food was hot and tasted good. I only saw 4 workers, and they did a good job.Several people in the drive through line, and a few people dining inside so it was decently busy with a few coming in behind me.The place is clean and new and I hope they get workers and business so they can stick around! “The Staff and Manager at the Laporte Rd location are always friendly and helpful. I've noticed there air conditioning hasn't been working my last few visits. The owner really needs to have more compassion for his or her employees and have this fixed immediately. It's hotter in the store then it is outside.“

“This DQ is old. I prefer the CF one off of highway 20. They will make your ice cream, that's all I can really say regarding that. There's never been a time I've had a complaint about that.

Hesitate to give 5 full stars because a lot of the time I come in the employees look like they want to kill themselves. They all look like high schoolers usually.

Either way, it's not enough to deter me from coming here. They have a big fridge of cakes you can look at and there is a cool little mirror where the tables are. Not sure why it's there, but it keeps me entertained while I wait the ~5 minutes for my ice cream.

Parking: Not many spots, but they're usually never occupied. No worries regarding that.

Kid-friendliness: You can send your kid to the little bendy mirror and have them be fascinated at it while they wait for their ice cream. Never let me down once.“

“we had a big order for take out and it was just what we ordered. the food was very good and looked very appetizing. the burgers weren't hanging off the buns and fries had just enough salt. we were all pleased with the food. i don't like fast food but i will go back there again. i also thought the price was pretty reasonable. there was 4 adults and it only cost $29.92. we all had enough to eat. hats off to Hardee's.“
