Got the BBQ Crunch Burger and it was perfect today. It actually had the correct amount of everything on it and the fries were excellent as usual. Staff today was very professional and friendly.
When we find Stand Alone A&Ws, we stop. We could easily tell that this was the local hangout because the manager on duty was watching the locals pull in the lot and putting their favorites in. Our food was very good and the staff take pride in their restaurant.

Everything was good and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is I don't drink soda, they serve the water in super small glasses and to get a refill you have to ask an employee. I had to get like 5 refills during my meal with the small water shot glasses, which was an inconvenience for me and the employee who had to get the refill. I'd recommend putting a water refill station in the lobby to make refills easier for the customers so they dont have to ask an employee to refill...read full review
