About Subway

Subway is a reliably good restaurant with great customer service. The crew is friendly and attentive, making a positive difference compared to other Subway locations. Although there was an issue with the phone not being answered during a late-night call, the employees were kind and apologetic in person. The sandwiches are great, and the restaurant is clean. One employee, who had relocated from California, did a great job making sandwiches for a group while engaging in a pleasant conversation. Despite some minor issues, Subway provides a good dining experience.
