My drinks are always made incorrectly. The picture on the left is what an iced caramel latte is supposed to look like, the picture on the right is what I got. Forget the latte part much? Tastes like crap and got dumped down the drain. Same thing happened to me a couple days ago when I wanted an peppermint mocha. They just gave me straight black coffee with cream. NOT what I asked for. And by the time you wait 45+ minutes to even ORDER, you don’t want to wait who knows how much...read full review
Always like to get coffee before class but when you online order and it still takes 30-45 min to just get an ice coffee is ridiculous. Also this location always has the frozen machine down.
