I called the store and asked if they could cancel the order. The manager was extremely kind and reassuring. She was able to cancel our order and get us a refund really quickly. I really appreciate them taking the time to do this!“

“I asked for two iced lattes in detail with how many pumps and ingredients for each drink, we received both of them, they aren’t hardly sweet, they were not mixed much at all, it was still hot at the bottom and hardly any flavor, very disappointing because usually it’s great!“
