Currently sitting in the waiting spots after drive thru. Did mobile order and confirmed order at speaker at 4:24, it’s now 4:50 and I’m still waiting….. they are still working on it they say……. Cars are turning around leaving drive thru because it is not moving. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I would have just left had I not used the app and they are unable to refund those orders they say.
Worst experience ever last night at the location on 5th Ave So. 😱 Would have walked out except my grandson wanted to spend time in the play area. Floors, countertops and tables were a complete mess. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. No one helping at the front counter. 😡Complained to manager; asked for our table to be wiped down. Manager’s apology “I just came on duty and it’s been wild today” just didn’t cut it. Drive thru or curbside pickup from now on.
Why has the quality of the burgers at the McDonalds on west side gone so far downhill? Renee got a double cheeseburger and the hamburger edges were burned. I got a Big Mac and not only was my hamburger edges burned but one was in pieces. That one must have dropped on the floor and they picked up the pieces and put them on my burger. In the last 6 months either the quality has gone downhill or they will mess up our order. Sorry McDonalds. I and so many others has given you...read full review
