the slowest BK in the nation 3 vehicles in the parking lot 1 in drive thru and finally minutes later she said we are swamped.5 minutes later same message 3 minutes later same excuse we are overwhelmed this is the typical service every day for years I left again
My girlfriend pulled up to get our online order and the girl handed her a broken drink carrier and it spilled all over my girlfriend and the lady at the drive thru just sat there and didn’t even help and just watched as the drink carrier broke and the drink spilled all over her. Not very good customer service.

When my husband returned home after being asked to pull forward for our food, only one order of fries was fresh and other orders were old and cold. He also ordered a chicken bacon sandwich in which he specifically asked what's on it and then requested it plain. He receives a chicken club sandwich piled with the condiments he requested to be left off.
