So I seen a picture of some beautiful looking footlong nachos and I ordered them but I guess you can't add black olives or anything they said they weren't allowed to do that even substitute it for like the onions or something else that came with the nachos and I received these pathetic looking nachos

The app wasn't working correctly..Made an online order on the website. Went to pick it up and was told they were out of meatballs. Went to the car to ask my daughter what she wanted instead and was told they have meatballs after all. Then they gave my sandwich to a different customer by mistake. Luckily, he didn't open in and was in store, so they got it back. We went to eat on the road and the meatballs on both sandwiches were cold. Then my daughter went to eat her cookies, and one was correct. The other wasn't, and both were overbaked. Plus, I didn't get a receipt to add the points once the app is working. We like Subway, but I won't be in a hurry to return to this location.
