This shop is the best from taste to price compared to the others. I recommend getting the #1 Bánh mì đặc biệt / specialty, and wash it down with a cafe sữa đá / Vietnamese Ice Coffee. The shop also offers an array of various drinks if coffee isn’t your thing. I highly recommend anyone to stop in for a good lunch. Sandwich and drink here taste better, more filling, and priced better than going to a place like Subway.“

They have little chairs with umbrellas outside, so I sat outside with my delicious beverage and just enjoyed the sunshine for a bit. They even checked on me to make sure I liked the recommendation. I'm not downtown often, but this would be worth making the trip.“

“I just dropped in to Cedar Rapids Nutrition to ask for a piece of tape (different story 😊). The associate was so friendly and helpful that I turned around and went right back in. First of all, it smells wonderful in this little shop - It’s also warm, inviting, clean and comfortable! The menu boards are perfect - easy to read and understand all their choices for teas, coffees and shakes! The little seating area has a comfy couch for those that choose to dine in. I love the beautiful Christmas tree.
I asked a few questions about the teas and for a recommendation and decided on a protein shake. I love chocolate and caramel and enjoyed every drop of my chocolate salted caramel shake! Thank you and I’ll be back!

“I grew up going to this store and they still serve you a slice of bread of your choice whenever you walk in. The monkey bread is my absolute favorite! Whenever I’m missing home I go there and treat myself. There’s always such a lovely feeling and smell in there. 🥰“

I got a small or short Veranda coffee which I have purchased instant of & theirs was much too strong for my tastes & overpriced for the size ($3.75). I ended up adding 9 sugars after having them dilute it. The sandwiches I learned were not freshly made there but come frozen which was disappointing. The top of the bun wouldn't tear for me so had to eat it without ($4.95). The service was exceptional & extremely helpful. It's a large place & they have space for groups. It was clean & has some seating outdoors. I liked the place. I hope to try a cold drink there next time. I'll skip the muffin sandwich.“
