“Staff is always so friendly, food is sooooo good! We have a 2 year old that the staff ALWAYS pays attention to, it really has a family feel. “I claim Paradise as my favorite Indian restaurant in town, or perhaps my favorite above all others. They are so thoughtful with their buffet options, always offering unique dishes while considering the palates of people from other backgrounds. When you want spice, they can really bring the heat (and this from a pepper head who can never get things spicy enough). The owner and staff are always kind and happy to share cultural info about their food. Ordering from the menu has always been a bountiful experience with amazing depths of flavor. Oh, and I almost forgot... the JUICIEST most flavorful Tandori Chicken I have ever had. Every time. From anywhere. Even from my travels to Indian restaurants in London. I don't know how they do it, but I don't need to know. I'll just keep coming back for it.“

“We went for lunch at 1.30pm on a Tuesday. It's a great time to go for lunch because it wasn't crowded.
Delicious food; fish & chips, chicken wrap, cheeseburger and chocolate cake.
But it was an especially good experience because of the excellent service by our server, Taylar!
Friendly, checked on us frequently, helpful recommendations, great service. Thank you, Taylor!
The only suggestion I have is to replace or repair the booth seat. It's ripped.“

“It felt like 1982 when I walked in and heard all the arcade machines. This place is not quiet but it's not too much either. I miss arcades, the sounds and lights, all the classic machines being played. Awesome.
Old and young people were there on a Friday night eating and playing games. This place is my style! Made for me.
It wasn't packed but it was populated. Everyone was friendly there. We ordered a gluten free pizza and a taco pizza. They didn't take that long to make them. The pizzas were good but nothing like what I am used to. It was more authentic Italian style pizza. Different crust and sauce. There was a lot of vegan stuff available on the menu and build your own pizza. For one sheet of paper the menu had a lot to offer. I don't do vegan or gluten free but it's there if you want it.
They have a bar there also. I will try that next time, it looked well stocked. There is a parking lot right across the street so you don't have to pay to park. And you don't have to park on a busy street. That was a big plus.
They were a little busy so we actually had to go to the bar and ask for our bill. I also had to stop a server and ask for a box to take home the leftovers in. I reluctantly removed a star for that. I feel bad because there are very nice people working there, way better than average. We see how they do next visit.
I would recommend this restaurant if you want a clean and casual place to eat. Definitely a T-shirt and jeans place not a shirt and tie place. I usually tip 25 percent. Service is a big deal and these people have very hard jobs. Work with the public and you will gain a new respect for what these people put up with.
Because we waited 15 mins and had to ask for the bill we only tipped 15 percent. I think that's fair. We will see how it goes next time, I will definitely go back again.“

“This is easily the best coffee/cafe here in Iowa. The food is always fresh and amazing. The lattes are consistently great. No burned shots. They make their vanilla and caramel for the lattes IN HOUSE. Don't pass up the vanilla latte! It's run by the sweetest family who are always positive as are their baristas. “We came in to Pita'z for the first time after being given the recommendation by the guys at Dave Wright Subaru. We had the Gyro Pitas and they were incredible. The portions were huge, so we got a second meal from them. I got the Hummus as a side. It was by far the best hummus I have eaten, made only better with your delicious Pita Chips. Thanks for the great meal! We will be back when we come back in town.“
