“We were hiking on the Sargeant Road Trail as part of our walk across the country, and it was the day before Labor Day so the only place to eat in Hudson that was open was the Federal Pub. So we decided to go there for pizza and beer, plus we called in advance and the bartender told us that they are hiker-friendly, would let us charge our devices and fill our waters. Cool! We had a good time chatting with the locals, the food was delicious, and it was nice that they served it with a complimentary bowl of snacks kind of like Chex mix. I like how they offer mini pitchers of beer (32oz) for $5. We had a nice time.”

“I wish I could remember our waiters name because he was so incredibly kind! I brought in my kids and their friends for a birthday supper tonight as a last minute change of plans and I’m so glad I did. Not only was the food a huge hit (they all said best they’ve ever had) and the service incredible.. he rounded up a group of staff to sing Happy Birthday to my kids (as a last minute request from me) and the entire restaurant ended up joining. I was already a repeat customer but even more so now. Thank you thank you thank you for making their 14th birthday just a bit more special!”
