We ordered the chicken and waffle, two dishes, and somewhat disappointed on how it turned out. The waffle wad a bit dry, The chicken seemed to be a chicken strip that was cut up into four, the fruit seemed limited, and it took almost an hour before it was made.

The food is always good, service has been much better in years past. I have two experiences lately that haven't gone that well. After a visit with my grandmas doctor across the street I ordered from their website to pick up just a child's size macaroni and cheese as a treat for gma and a break for myself. When I picked up my order they couldn't find it, and then told me that someone had already picked it up. They had to make a new one because the other wasn't actually made. This whole process took an additional 30 minutes.

Had brunch with a group of coworkers. Our waitress was horrible. But, the food was fantastic. I love their menu, there is something for everyone. I had the breakfast skillet off of the brunch menu. Will definitely go back to try some different menu items and hopefully get better service.

My family & I ate at Blackstone for our daughter's 38th birthday. It was our 1st time there, and I guarantee we'll be back! Everything was fabulous, except the room temperature. They couldn't do anything about it as they were having Thermostat issue at the time. At least there was a fireplace in our area. The restaurant is lovely & upscale. I would say the food is a little higher priced, but def worth it. The Tomahawk Porkchop meal was fabulous, as was the Burrata appetizer. The beverages are very ample sized. So are the helping sizes of most of the foods. Our waitstaff, Chris, was wonderful. He is well trained, thorough & attentive. I highly recommend eating there, but call ahead for reservations & make sure the heart is working properly, (if it's cold outside). We were pretty uncomfortable through the entire meal due to the chill in the room, which also affected the food cooling off too quickly...(My only complaint). The manager was unable to do anything about the temperature of the building. Be prepared to spend a little more, (process are comparable to Red Lobster or Texas Road House, I'd say).

Great restaurant to eat with family! Used your private room & we were treated very well & accommodated all our needs. I really appreciate the good food, alcoholic drinks, & the fun environment.

I am only choosing to write this because of an extremely rude comment from the server on the way out. We waited over 30 minutes after being seated before I had to go and get a server to come to our table. He apologized and insisted that it was the hostess who was entirely at fault. As we were leaving the server waived one of the receipts and passive aggressively asked how we liked our service because "there's no tip on this". I can understand having a mix up and forgetting to attend to a table right away, but being rude to customers is extremely unprofessional

I can’t believe the disrespect that we just received at this establishment. We waited over 35 minutes for someone to come to our table, someone that we had to go get to ask why we haven’t gotten anything. He claims the girl was new and didn’t say there was someone new in her section but we saw five different people in the section before we got up to grab someone. The guy ignored us after saying we were wanting to order food and our drinks at the same time. He walked away after he checked our IDs. When he came back he said he was going to order with person #1 so he doesn’t have to remember who ordered what. So we ordered his way, he brought out half the food and then the other half, checked on us once until it was time to pay. The building was not busy at this time and he had told us it was his only table. We paid but clicked the wrong button on the hand held device so we left cash on the table for a tip. We split the payment between two groups at the table, and we both tipped him. On the way out, he asked how the service was while holding the receipt. I said it was fine but took forever, we were there for almost three hours, he then replied while waving the receipt around that he was just checking since the $100 order had no tip on the receipt. I was baffled. If he had taken the time to check the table, he would’ve found the tip. I called after leaving and the phone was hung up on and then was closed so I could not call again. I’m shocked at his response and hope that nobody else is treated this way.

DO NOT BUY THE OLD FASHIONS!! Food was ok, but the old fashions worthless, besides overly expensive, even during happy hour. The glass was LESS than a quarter full!! You take the ice cube out and there was MAYBE an inch of the drink in the glass!! Simply PATHETIC!!

I ordered satay sampler. I've had this many times and it's always been amazing. Now it's $7 more no seaweed salad and the beef is nothing but grissel. I thought I was going to have to spit it out. The next pc I tried to cut and couldn't cut thru it. Don't think I'll be back any time soon. It's ashame. When we arrived we sat at bar, there were 4 workers behind bar and 2 at register. None of them acknowledged us for over 5 min. Finally a guy came in from a smoke break and waited on us. He was nice and attentive. He's the only reason the experience was worth anything.
