I stop in every once and awhile but today specifically I stopped in around 11:30 and the girl that took my order was very rude and disrespectful. I never have an issue coming here but if that's how they want to treat their customers then I don't know if anyone wants to deal with that type of disrespect.

When I moved to Ames to complete my undergrad degree, I felt right at home when I found Cookies Etc in North Grand Mall. Now my kids and I make the trek to both locations, from our home in West Des Moines. I'm determined to carry on the tradition.
