I work nearby this location, so was very happy when this store opened up. I stop by a few times a week, and have always had pleasant experiences.
I often mobile order through the app, and have never run into any issues. The only times I have had to wait were during peak times during the morning, which is to be expected.
I truly cannot say enough how kind the employees of this location are!

I have never met a kinder person than the general manager of this Dunkin Donuts. She greets me with a grin every morning and it brings a smile to my face. It's a wonderful start to the day.

Dunkin' has an amazing drive‑thru where the person who takes orders is friendly, efficient, and loves her job. The coffee drink is spot on, earning a Woot. Customers who pick up coffee or wraps via the app report that items are ready, though the drive‑thru can be busy and long. Donuts are usually packed well, but a dozen donuts may arrive missing one. The phone does not answer. Conveniently located off HWY 6, it is a recommended option for those pressed for time.
