My experience with Jake was excellent and he went out of his way to make sure my customer experience went well. He is not only polite and he cares about repeat business.
He is a great addition to Starbucks and deserves the highest compliment.

I just walked by. I can't afford a $6 cup of coffee! Smelled good. And, points added for giving out their used coffee grounds for a great addition to your garden compost. Even to me, as I pause for a free sniff on my way out. It's the little acts of sustainability, kindnesses, that add up to a cohesive society, and world. In my strident opinion. :)

Starbucks is a popular spot that offers a pleasant atmosphere and a commitment to sustainability. Despite being a bit pricey, the coffee shop provides a welcoming ambiance and small touches, such as giving out used coffee grounds for garden compost. Parking is available during non-peak hours, and the location is relatively safe. The coffee shop also hosts trivia nights, led by a charismatic host, although the deli food may not be the best. Overall, Starbucks is known for its excellent customer service and delicious drinks, including its signature Chai latte.
