We usually order ahead and it's always on time or close. the employees are always pleasant. We've never had an issue with an order. My photo below was a request to put the whipped cream in the middle of the frappuccino instead of on top and the worker did as requested with no issues. My only gripe is that there are so few lights in there that it seems dark (even during the day) and a few times at night we have wondered if they are open.

Everything is great! The service, no fault to the employees, has a hard time keeping up. Very busy as you would expect.
