Friendly staff and great food. The restaurant is quaint and has a small town feel, which was nice. We had the jambalaya, drunken chicken, and bread pudding. They were all delicious!
Stella is an Iowa City staple: Perfect for post-work happy hour, a weekend lunch, evening drink on their recently expanded patios or before a Hawkeye football game.
Typically I’m turned off by large menus but everything is solid, from the pizzas and gigantic fresh salads (I love their summer salads, especially), burgers, and cajun dishes.
