I think they forgot to fry my rice.

They didn’t skimp on the shrimp and the rice had a little flavor but I had to take it home to doctor it up so it wouldn’t be a waste of money.

This was my first time there; I was greeted but I had to ask for sweet and sour sauce and find the soy sauce and utensils myself.

Nice little place. Only seats about 25, but most of their business seems to be carry out anyway. Typical Chinese food, about average, nothing special. Don't know if I'll be back or not. Parking is a task; barely enough spaces for the businesses. However, the prices are very reasonable for their lunch specials. Then again, you get what you pay for nowadays.

The pork in the fried rice was rancid. The chicken in my sesame seed chicken was mostly fried balls of flour/trmpura mix…not actually chicken. Something was also off with the taste of the sauce. This is the second bad experience Ive had in the last two months…so i decided to leave a review this time because something is up…this used to be a quality restaurant.

My absolute favorite place to get Chinese and Iowa city. No matter what time you call in to place your order it’s always 10 to 15 minutes. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for our Chinese you give them a call

I've been coming here for over ten years. My mom's been coming here for thirty years. Yummy food. I love the atmosphere. I hope it never changes. And their plants are beautiful!
