Ate here for the first time before attending an Iowa basketball game nearby. There were good choices on the menu. I had the spicey Italian meatball grinder with fries. It was good and very filling. Prices seemed reasonable. The place was noisy so it was hard to socialize with my friends. Otherwise, a good place to eat and would go there again if in town.

After our order was taken was 30 minutes before the food arrived. That was the last time anyone stopped until bringing the check. Ravioli soup taste like chef boyardee. My fish was like jerky and the onion rings had more grease than the fryer. My wife's sandwich looked like it was cooked over an open flame with all the burn marks. Tried waving down staff only to be ignored. Billed time the waitress asked how I liked the soup, then was offended when I told her what I thought of it. Hopefully this was a fluke but, I'll have to think hard about coming back with so many options around.

We were in town from the Chicago area & after hearing from someone how good their pizza is we had to try it. I have to be honest- I've never really had "good" pizza in Iowa before, even though we've tried quite a few places over the years. I got their "Chicago style" & I am here to say it is very good! I'd rank it up there with Geno's East in the city, which is in my top 5 locally here. For those who know Chicago pizza, I'm not going to tell you it's as good as Lou Malnotti's (our favorite), Giordanno's or Pequod's, but it holds it's own just fine. I would definitely get it again, as it IS the best pizza in Iowa (or at least that I've found so far). We were there on 8-16-2024 right about noon. They were busy, but the service was great & the employees super friendly. Good job, W&P.

. Lots of decorations!! Tons of BRI ISH signs and was p clean as well. Really liked the wood Table was slightly dirty, and there was construction going on as well right outside the door.
. Got the cheesy fries and it was just raw fog cheese with fries and didn't go so well. Also had some Union Jack pizza and I didn't like how the cheese just fell right off the crust at every bite.

We love coming here! The deep dish pizza is my go to and always comes out delicious. The drinks are always tasty as well. The atmosphere is casual and fun, the patio is really fun on a nice day!

Very cool, divish bar. Lots of tables and a quaint bar. Several of the "regulars" were there too. The Chicago style pizza was amazing, and both hardy and really filling. I'll be eating leftovers for a week. Would both recommend and will be back myself.
