Poor customer service and sloppy sandwiches. Shame.
I placed an online order on Saturday for $25+. I opted to order even though we live less than a mile from the store as I didn't want to wrangle children into car seats.
After waiting almost 30 minutes, I called and inquired about the order. I was told that the driver was on his way. Ten minutes later he arrived. My order stated for all sandwiches to be cut in half, napkins to be included and peppers on one of the sandwiches. None of this was correct. I called back to...read full review
ETA - ended up being 34 minutes from the time I placed my order until I received it. And that was after waiting at least 5-7 minutes in line before ordering.
Horrible service!!!! Been in line for 20+ minutes at the drive through. Finally get to the window and they tell us THEN that the are out of bread. ����.
