“Overall, this location is amazing! The food is hot, the smoothies are packed with flavor....if you go before noon. The morning crew is amazing and make great food. The afternoon/evening crew...different story. All the smoothies taste like ice, and the food is always missing ingredients and is smaller? I come here often as it's one of the only places I can get a smoothie when I work odd hours, and I have come over a dozen times at this point, and the morning is always great...and the evening makes me want to never return after noon. All I want is for the smoothies to always taste the same and for the food to be the same. I just want the evening crew to get more training, and to care, or follow the recipe.“

“I struggle with protein intake and typically can’t stomach protein shakes. Twisted Nutrition is a game changer. I actually look forward to Twisted shakes! I only recently discovered this place, but find myself inventing reasons to “be in the neighborhood.” The people are great, super friendly and helpful, and not once have thy grown impatient with me trying to decide what I want lol. It doesn’t really matter what you order though because everything is yummy and nutritious. If you’re not sure what you want or need all you have to do is ask. The owner is knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever nutritional goal/need you might have. Oh and I almost forgot most shakes are Gluten Free too! I seriously don’t have a bad word to say. Just try it for yourself - you’ll be hooked!“

They have convenient lists of every juice/smoothie ingredient, and even some helpful advice about what kinds of smoothies different levels of health enthusiast will appreciate. Cory, the owner, was kind, accommodating, and efficient. The drinks came quick, too - I’m used to Whole Foods wait time. If you’re in Des Moines and you like healthy juice, go out of your way to visit. (The 4-stars for atmosphere was only because there were some boxes kind of piled next to the counter. “The tea bombs from here are amazing! Alexis was so friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. The teas are very flavorful and vibrant in color. I'm definitely a fan of the cotton candy puppy chow (just learned it's actually a snack for people 🤣🤣). I could buy bags of this delicious treat!!

“This is a drive-thru coffee shop that's similar to a CarHop from the 1950s. Fun, super friendly, fast service at your car. The music is blasting and the girls come out to your car to take your order. It's usually pretty busy with several vehicles in line waiting, but the service is fast and the drinks are diverse with creative new mixtures. It's less expensive than Caribou or Starbucks. There is no dine-in option, the only drawback.“

Nice selection of kava, coffee, smoothies, Gelato, lunch, and more. The Gelato flights they were bringing out look fantastic.

I had the mushroom cacao coffee with lions mane mushrooms. You have your choice of 5 different species of mushroom, and the menu explains the benefits. Anyway- delicious.

My sister had a coffee. LOL! She said it was good. Total for both drinks $13 before tip.

Loved all the plants and the fireplace area.
