I dined at Trostel's Greenbriar to attend a seminar on February 28, 2024. We all were served the same items. The large mixed greens salad with their homemade buttermilk ranch dressing with tasty bread was a wonderful start. Then came a center cut New York Strip steak, a whopping 16 oz (!), and a hefty sized perfectly baked potato with butter and sour cream. We've dined here multiple times, whether for lunch or dinner, both on the patio and inside the dining area. Each time we visit, we're impressed with the quality of the food, as well as the relatively reasonable prices.During our most recent visit, I was particularly impressed with the tenderness of my steak.
