“This is a really nice spot for really good food and drinks! They have a nice selection of scotch and the food selection was good. Service was a little slow but it felt busier than normal (maybe). Definitely give them a shot if staying at the Marriott!!“

“I can honestly say I did not expect a restaurant of this caliber in Des Moines but it was AMAZING!!!!
I’m mad at myself that I forgot my servers name, but he was amazing!! Every single dish was incredible, the wine selections were perfect, and I couldn’t pass on the banana split!

“Beautiful atmosphere along with a wonderful group of employees. I remember eating there with family, absolutely peak.
They aren't just amazing to their customers though. As a dasher, they also went above and beyond for my order, and kept things professional and courteous.
If you're thinking about having a night out, I highly reccomend this location to anyone looking to eat good food along with some good vibes.“

“Stopped in tonight for salad and pizza. Never disappointed in this place. I have to take a minute to rave about the margarita pizza. It is one of the best i have had in Iowa. The strong basil flavor paired with a fresh tomato flavored sauce……plus that crust has depth in flavor making it a great vehicle for all the topping. The Ivy pizza was delicious as well but definitely don’t miss out on trying the margarita.
I’ll also add the service is always top notch. I don’t think i have had a bad experience since i been coming here.“

“Ken’s is a very nice speakeasy and it’s no secret. Food was good and drinks were also really good. Being from Texas it was nice to taste some of the local beer. Sorry no pics I can’t believe it myself. Well I guess your gonna have to come see for yourself. Thank you to all the staff. We were on a company sponsored event and Ken’s knocked it out of the park. Overall a great experience.“
“The bison dinner was a work of art! This was my first time having bison and I would definitely come back for the dinner again! And their specialty drinks have great names with amazing flavor…. Staff was phenomenal and I really can’t say enough great things… Definitely a must to eat here!“

“Lovely restaurant for a special occasion. We celebrated our 40th anniversary. Wait staff was superb. Attentive, but not overbearing. The food was delicious. Melt in your mouth steak. Special chocolate dessert on the house for our celebration. Plan on going again.“

My brother was very impressed with the Durango Burger said it was the best burger he is ever had in his life. My cheeseburger with bacon was very good as well took the way I like it. Appreciate the great service and hospitality and food that we enjoy.“

“Absolute gem of a place, the whole staff is so much fun and a great time to chat with. Wine selection is smaller than other big stores, but the wines are better. If you have questions about anything in the store, they have an answer. Plus, it’s a locally owned business with that personal touch.Love coming here regularly and will continue to come back!“
