“Everytime I've been here the workers are super nice and helpful. They were patient and explained the cake options when I asked and another time when I couldn't get ketchup out they came over and helped me with the pump. They are also extra nice to my kids. We love coming here as a treat to the playplace and all the fruity sugar free drink options are awesome for them. I'm really glad we have one of these in Knox !!“

“I ordered on app to pick up in store. I went in to wait for my order. A young man named Bill asked if I was waiting on a pickup order and when I said yes, he got right on it to get my order to me. A woman started arguing with him not to complete my order because drive thru topped any other orders even though they ordered after I got there. She kept arguing with him and he refused to stop and got my order to me. When he told her the food is ready and I'm right there she said I don't care only drive thru matters. So thank you Bill for realizing we were customers as well.“
