we have been there twice this week my husband got a large chocolate cone dipped in chocolate and it looked like a small. then today we went back and I ordered a large hot fudge sundae and the ice cream barely came out of the bowl. I Don't understand what has happened there we've always gotten good cones before and Sundaes and food pretty disappointing that our dairy Queen is now being run so poorly!! we won't be back!
my husband went to grab us dinner tonight...you may want to check on what tonight's issue was. normally, our food is good but tonight all of the sandwiches had burnt meat..I'm talking black, none of the sandwiches was made correctly, they didn't give one of the fries , my husband was in line like a half hour and watched the girl predo a blizzard that sat at least if not more than 15min so he refused...no way that wasn't melted.

The Knoxville Iowa location is an eyesore. The building has needed painted for a few years now. The weeds are about knee high. The drivethru looks trashsy as all get out.
The employees are friendly but the owners need to have some pride in their business.
