Wells Visitor Center & Ice Cream Parlor is an excellent place to enjoy delicious ice cream and browse souvenirs. The friendly and helpful staff create a welcoming atmosphere, making each visit wonderful. The two-level center features interactive history exhibits and highlights long-time employees. With reasonable prices and generous serving sizes, this must-stop destination is perfect for a fun and relaxing visit. Visitors can find plenty of parking nearby, and the center is designed to be kid-friendly, welcoming school classes from around Le Mars each year. While the ice cream is good, some mention it is not excellent, and there are limited vegetarian options. Overall, this cool place offers a nice display on the second floor and a gift shop with appealing offerings.
