The coffee was great, the employees were friendly and helpful, the egg bites were delicious and fluffy, the insides of both shops are beautiful, and the clothing offered in the boutique is beautiful and stylish. These two businesses are truly a gem for your town. It is important to support your local businesses and if you are from out of town, the coffee shop and the boutique five doors down are a "must" Good luck to these two great businesses.”

“I've been going here for several years now and I'll say that this is the best Chinese food in the area, including Waterloo/Cedar Falls. I don't think I've ever had a meal here that wasn't excellent. Portions are huge. The staff is always friendly and make sure the customers are well taken care of. Best restaurant in Grundy Center!”

“A couple of miles into our day on the Pioneer Trail, we arrived in the tiny town of Morrison. We could have kept going, but we wanted to stop at Morris Inn Steakhouse - we had our hearts set on coffee and pie after seeing online that their pies are homemade. Raisin cream, and lemon meringue - both were so delicious! I was a little sad that I didn't bring more of an appetite for lunch, everything on the menu sounds amazing. That just means we'll have to come back! Friendly service, good experience. Thanks! 😊”

“We were here yesterday, and the food was phenomenal! We had a variety of food, but everything was good! I had the tenderloin, and it was delicious. My husband has the patty melt, and he said best he’s ever had! 13yo had their boneless wings , and also said best he’s ever had! They were huge! My little guy had grilled cheese with Mac n cheese plus part of my tenderloin, and he would like to eat here every day 🤣 not only was the food good, but our waitress was amazing! Super attentive, and so nice. Even the kitchen staff was fabulous! Everyone was so kind! 100% worth the drive if you can get to Grundy! We will for sure be back!”

“Today I went to subway in Grundy Center; Stephanie was working- she did an amazing job! She was training a guy while making sandwiches and she was so patient and kind! The sandwiches were awesome and her customer service was great!!!”
