“Favorite Hangout... back in the 70's! Went to HS in Missouri Valley and had a horribly made fake ID, which was used regularly at Papa Joes. The owner, Dean Dewaele, founded it in the early 70's? Just looked him up and unfortunately he passed away in 2012. Back then, Papa Joe's had live bands when Led Zeppelin, The Who, BTO, Black Sabbath, Chicago, Yes, and many more ruled. Smoke filled stage, lots of long hair, and Levis jean jackets. It was quite the happening place 50 years ago, and I'm happy it's still going strong today.”

No, I can't just do that. I was not going to take another 40 minutes round trip drive when I just got home. They took my name down, but we will see if they still have it when I go back.”

“My mom was air lifted to Omaha Neb from Sioux City for a heart attack so I stopped here to get THE BEST BK EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! they made sure it was fast, fresh, and friendly!!!! It was so good we went back today and spoke with the gm! She was the absolute saving grace of that place!!!she talked about taking over it not long ago and I gotta say in a short few months she turned a store that was not managed and dirty to a CLEAN WELL MANAGED RESTAURANT!! that’s right RESTAURANT!!! This isn’t no fast food bk this is restaurant bk!!!! ID BE PROUD BK YOU GOT GREAT PLACE!!!!”
