Paid $90 for 3 pizzas and some cheese bread, just for it to be cold and taste like cardboard. You’re better off buying the ingredients yourself and making a fun night of it with your family making homemade pizzas, buying a frozen one from the store, or buying pizza from literally any other place in town. What a complete waste of money and time.

Really disappointed in Pizza Hut tonight, my son and I order here and once a week and it us normally pretty decent but tonight everything was burnt, the crust was hard as a rock and the cheese sticks were so burnt that my son wouldn’t eat them.

Service was fine, food was apparently not. I ate most of it fresh and got extremely sick, but wasnt entirely sure if it was from the pizza. My boyfriend finished it off the next night despite my telling him that I thought it made me ill, and, shocker, was sick afterwards. So it definitely gave us mild food poisoning, luckily nothing we need to see a doctor for, but it did sour our weekend.

lashawn answered the phone saying how busy they were witch i do understand but because he would not allow me to finish a sentence he did not allow me to give any information to check on my order as a customer shouldn't i be allowed to ask about a order that's 10 mins late and had the wrong phone number on it. i was only trying to change the phone number so if the driver couldn't find me they could call. he repeatedly interrupted me to tell me how busy he was. i could not get more then 3 words out before being interrupted. i found it extremely rude and unprofessional

Parking: There was plenty of parking for customers that was easy to get into and out of.
Kid-friendliness: The place had a laid back vibe but it was not dine in accessible.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door was big enough for a wheelchair to fit through with ease.
The Pizza Hut in Marion, IA is by far the best Pizza Hut that I've ever been to. The food quality is consistent and always very good. They rarely ever make a mistake and are happy to correct it if they do. The staff knows you by name and many of them have been there for years. They all are very friendly and I enjoy doing business with them. Thanks for always taking care of my family's weekly pizza needs! -Josh
