First time at this restaurant and felt like we were an inconvenience to staff. Four us (we were together) were standing at the counter for 3-4 minutes before staff (who was working in the kitchen area) acknowledged our presence. When placing our order, we felt like an inconvenience to have pulled the staffer member from what she was doing. When the pizza was delivered to our table, it was put down without a comment from the staff person. Everyone in our party has a deep appreciation for dealing with the public - we also appreciate and value customer service. We will NOT return to this restaurant.

This is great pizza and in a nice location. Dining room is nice, clean. And the have a couple of TVs. I like Detroit deep dish is very good crust that is thick and crispy in the bottom.

Great pizza 🍕, quaint downtown location, efficient, courteous service. We had the New York thin with exceptional Canadian Bacon & Sausage. Definitely recommend 👌

Great food. But minimal at best service. But don’t worry there is a slot to give a tip, even though they plan to do nothing but bring you your pizza.

Take a customer service class from Pizza Hut if you want that model of business.

Friendly staff! Loud music ! Very slow service; we waited for our pizza around 20 minutes or more! We had a deep dish pizza; cheese, green peppers, tomato sauce, sausage, pepperoni and olives. It needed a lot more cheese and the tomato sauce was added on top so we had sauce dropping under the pizza! $38 for a large pizza is a lot! It was a bad experience!

Laid back and pizza is amazing! We got a thin and a Detroit Deep. Good beer and reasonable wine for an easy and good dinner.

I get takeout. I get thin crust,. I've had plain, ham and pineapple and usually just pineapple. Service, everyone is so nice and helpful. I'm disabled and they open the doors for me coming and going. The pizza? One of the best I've ever had. Which is why I keep going back. I get at least 2 meals and reheated is just as good. I've also tried the wings. Good!!

Wheelchair accessibility: I'm in a chair and they hurry out to open the doors.

We had a Detroit crust cheese pizza, and it had a very good flavor. We also had a thin crust mambo combo, and it was really good but could have had more sauce.

This is my favorite pizza but unfortunately it's way too expensive so I quit going there. I cancelled my order last night when she told me $35 for a pizza with 3 toppings. I would eat there consistently if prices were lowered.

Used to go here often as a kid. Got a small and medium pizza today and price was over $50. The Chicago deep dish was a bit of a let down. Only difference in the deep dish and the regular pizza was an extra 2 inches of dough/bread for the crust. Prices up and quality down.

Pizza was very good. We had the Detroit crust and it was a nice middle ground for crust. Toppings were plentiful
