“Our office had a small get together for our Christmas party. We had reservations and the atmosphere was warm and inviting with Christmas decorations all around. Staff was excellent! Everyone was so inviting and friendly with a total willingness to make certain our experience was second to none. Union is a small town in central Iowa and the 'Iowa nice' attitude was quite evident. The food was outstanding! We all had the Prime Rib and none of us ever had better. Each of us got the exact doneness we desired. It was perfect! Super smashed potatoes, vegetable, excellent rolls and desert completed our meals. We will definitely return!“

“I am going to give this a four. Bc not everyone applies to the only issue I see. Most times I see hard team oriented workers other times I see a team that lacks teamwork. I see ppl being serviced before the ppl who wait 20 to 30mins. Or food missing with litte help unless someone having to be rude to get the attention of an employee. I am think this place is understaffed in the P.M. hours and seen first hand workers feeling like there just isn't the system there is in the morning. Many ppl seem to want to get the product out but many refuse to fix issues as they are already on new orders. I watched a couple of ppl stand near me with missing stuff from their orders for at least 25 mins. Slow it down. Guess are what brings clients in and if you can not adjust ppl will look else where to feed their appetite. Guests is what makes a restaurant thrive. Just a suggestion.“
