I just wanted to say that I am DoorDash and currently just picked up from McDonald’s. I had a very great experience. I had a gentleman pulled the door open for me and then I had a very positive chat with one of the employees and my DoorDash was ready when I got there so I just wanna say that I really appreciate McDonald’s and the fact that they are ready And the positive atmosphere the day provide for Customer
It was amazing considering they were absolutely slammed, had one person screaming at the mic, and driving off; definitely a chaotic night but well handled, big thank you to gene!!
30+ minute wait in the drive through after ordering on the app. Still got the order wrong.
