“I ordered the jasmine tea along with a sushi and sashimi platter, which came with miso soup, plus a spicy yellowfin roll 🍵🍣. Overall, it was a pretty mixed experience. The sashimi was actually very good — fresh, clean-tasting, and nicely sliced. You could really appreciate the quality of the fish in those pieces 👍✨.
The sushi rice, however, was a bit disappointing. It tasted like it hadn’t been seasoned properly and seemed to rely more on plain starch rather than that balanced vinegar flavor you expect from good sushi. It just felt like it wasn’t fully finished or brought together the way it should be. The roll had decent flavor, but the rice affected the overall bite. Still, the sashimi and tea were enjoyable 😌🍵, though I hope they refine the rice preparation in the future.“
